Shipping and Returns
Special Holiday Shipping Note:
All orders received after December 12th may take 7-10 days to process. In order to receive your item before December 25, we recommend selecting 2nd or Next Day Air for your shipping method.
Shipping
Typically, your products will ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouse in Boone, North Carolina. Standard ground delivery is normally an additional 3-5 business days. You designate the priority of your delivery, next day air, second day air, or ground delivery. Charges are calculated based on current UPS rates. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to UPS guidelines.
Hawaii and Alaska orders
Customers ordering from these locations must choose to have their order shipped 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
International Orders
International shipping is not available.
Product Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from RodeoVegas.com. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. When making a return, insure the item for it’s purchase price and pre-pay the shipping charges; if the return is due to a defective item or a packing error made by RodeoVegas.com, we will refund any shipping charges you had to pay to return the item. This does not apply to returns for sizing or style changes.
Except when noted, RodeoVegas.com will accept products for return or exchange under the following conditions:
* All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by RodeoVegas.com before shipping any product to our offices. To receive a return authorization number, please call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-763-3677 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
* Note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping container to speed up processing of your return/exchange.
* NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged items for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned at customer’s expense.
